The Owner hired KC Architects to assist with site selection and master planning of the entire
site for multiple office buildings. A building was designed for the Social Security Administration (SSA) field office. An 8,000-square-foot office building was designed and the SSA leased approximately 3,900 square feet. A centralized lobby with power-activated entry doors and ADA restrooms was provided.
The Social Security tenant space was designed by KC Architects to meet GSA requirements and the Solicitation for Offers (SFO) including GSA special services and Social Security Administration special requirements. KCA coordinated the tenant finish design with the contracting officer and coordinated the shell-building design with the requirements of the tenant.
