KC Architects designed the new 151st Street & Blackbob Banking Center, located in Olathe, Kansas, another high-profile location. This new corner branch was created with a modern interpretation of “prairie style” architecture staying true & contextual to the adjacent shopping center architecture. Although the exterior building materials were pre-selected to match the Center design standards, KCA created a bold two-story lobby & conference space which translated to an exciting exterior identity. Building materials were specifically located to create a contrasting composition.
The 3,500 SF Bank building provided 2 closed offices, a conference room, open office space for 4 Customer Service Rep’s., ancillary support facilities & a combination Lobby Teller Line that supported the 2 banking & 1 ATM auto banking lanes.
